Why is a credit card required for a free trial?
We ask for your credit card so you don’t experience any interruption to your ranking data reporting and update if you decide to continue your subscription. However, your credit card won't be charged until the end of your trial. If you cancel the trial before it's over, you won't be charged at all.

What happens after the 10-day free trial?
When your 10-day free trial of Mercantile™ is close to the end, you will receive an email notification from our support team. If you decide not to continue with a paid subscription, you can simply cancel your account. If you've chosen to try out our Starter plan and you take no action after the trial's expiration, your account will be suspended and you will no longer be able to access the data. Otherwise if you have provided your credit card information before starting your trial and you take no action after the trial's expiration, we'll bill you for your monthly plan (i.e. Basic, Standard, Enterprise). In any case, you will not be charged until the end of your free 10-day trial period.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time you want. The upgrade will be effective immediately after you receive the purchase confirmation email. This usually happens in just a few minutes.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Mercantile™ works as a monthly based subscription. Each month, you get a number of keyword rankings and reports to share with your clients, according to the plan you have chosen. You can switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription at any time you want. If you sign up for one of our annual plans, you may not switch to a different plan or cancel the subscription earlier than 1 year.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard , PayPal payments, mailed cheque and direct bank transfers. We recommend to use a credit card or Paypal because the other methods may delay your order until the payment is actually received.
